This is such a surprising photo. First one sees the bright green arrowhead shaped leaves, then the similarly shaped brown head of the alligator. Looking more closely you can also see its clawed, webbed foot in the upper right hand corner of the photo. It is easy to see how well these creatures can hide when stalking their prey.
