This island is Koh Bon, one of the Similan islands located in the Andaman Sea in southwest Thailand. I was really happy with how well this photo captured the hole through the middle of Koh Bon and the view of the water on the other side. No, this is not “stupid Photoshop tricks,” the island really looks like that.
